Make your own Sweet Bologna!! This seasoning kit is easy to use, but the instructions must be followed carefully. Comes with basic instructions, and seasonings to complete you project. Does not include any casings.
The 2.75 lb bag of seasoning correctly seasons 12.5lbs of meat.
