1952 Joan Palooka doll, vinyl head, Magic skin. yellow molded hair, top knot of yellow Saran hair. Blue open close eyes work well. See pictures, skin has small indentations all over , a few small pin holes noted other indentations are not open. Head is in very good shape original outfit, dress slip underpants, knit booties.
