Very faint wear to the covers and almost looks unused BUT WHEN FULLY UNFOLDED HAS A PARTIAL FOLD SEAM SPLIT AT THE MAIN VERTICAL FOLD SEAM - STILL FULLY ATTACHED AT BOTH UPPER AND LOWER EDGES BUT IS SPLIT IN THE CENTER AREA; otherwise this brochure is COMPLETELY UNMARKED; would be in excellent+ or better condition if not for the fold seam split - - - STILL in very good VINTAGE condition!
