Both
items are in very good overall condition for their age with all 20 pages present & no writing or tears.
Brochure #1
is a little nicer than #2 with hardly any wear.
Brochure #2
has some front cover fold marks in the lower right corner & a few wrinkles mostly confined to the upper left cover portion. Both bindings are in very good condition & show minimum paper wear.
I obtained these items when I was employed with Ford Motor Company’s Export Division in Newark, NJ as the Product Information & Special-Order Coordinator from 1977-1982. My first assignment on the job was to dispose of all obsolete sales, owners & reference manuals.
The majority of that inventory is long gone except for a few pieces that I recently discovered.
These are VERY RARE & hard to find sales brochures in very nice overall original condition. If you are familiar with 1965 Mercury Comets, then I do not have to tell you how difficult it is to obtain them in any condition.

These items have been packed away in the same smoke free home & recently discovered.
The box was always dry stored.
