    1966 SBC 327 Block 3858174 174 L-29-5 Counter Exchange Never Pad Stamped
    Very Rare standard bore counter exchange block. Original deck broaching with no pad stamp. Make it what ever you want. It was very greasy so I put it in my hot tank and found blue and yellow paint markings that GM put on it from factory when they sold counter blocks. Block cylinders measure a very tight standard like low mileage but the cylinders have some rust so block will need bored .030 over to build. If your building a number matching car then this would be the ticket. Stamp pad to match your car and still have GM broaching.
