Some customers have asked us why they receive cells below 7.92v as shown in the photo.  Imagine a battery is a cup. It holds electricity vs water. The battery naturally lose charge when not being charged by the car engine. When you put it in the car the ICE will keep it charged according to the computer. So it doesn't matter what the voltage is. It could be 8.5v when it just comes off the charger or 7.2v when it is discharged. Once it goes into your pack the car will fill it back up.  What is important is that the battery holds water (i.e. a charge).   All our cells are tested to hold a charge prior to shipping.
