Shipping:

We offer free returns on any of our items being shipped with UPS, USPS or FedEx.
Free returns does not apply to freight shipments (large items).
Freight Shipping:
We ship all our large and heavy items using our choice of an LTL freight company.
These large, and often heavy packages, must be shipped to a commercial address with a forklift or loading dock.
There is an additional charge of for residential delivery
There is an additional charge of for liftgate service
If you do not have a commercial address and do not want to pay the additional fees, you have the option to pick the freight up at a local (to you) freight terminal at no extra cost.
Tracking information is uploaded to eBay, however these tracking details are not usually supported by eBay's Shipment Tracking. This information can also be tracked on the freight companies website.
All of our freight shipments are insured for the full value of the item.
Our items are almost always crated in a wooden box. They are built well and will NORMALLY arrive in perfect condition.
Sometimes packages get lost and damaged. We will work with you closely to resolve these types of issues.
