A.C. Legg Old Plantation Seasonings - Blend 29 - Pork Sausage Seasoning - 8 Ounce
For those processors who want to produce sausage with an intermediate spice level. It contains less sage and pepper than blends 10 and 6.
One 8oz bag correctly seasons 25lbs of meat.
Suggested directions: Coarse grind 25lbs of meat through 1/2" plate. Transfer to mixer, add seasoning, and up to 12oz of water (if desired). Mix for 2 minutes. Regrind through 3/16" plate. Package in bulk or stuff into casings.
