Description
This is a Vintage AL MERRICK SHAPES AND DESIGNS Channel Islands Ultra Light High Performance FLYER F 5' 9" Shortboard Surfboard.It has been Refurbished and Hand-Painted with water-resistant surfboard paint and has been sprayed with three coats of UV resistant and water-resistant clear gloss. This board has seen it's share of waves, as it's "bumps and bruises" may show but the board is in very substantial condition and with hand-painting looks almost new. Colorful Sea-Turtle on the front and great artwork on back as well!
All Original Markings on Board have been left untouched for authenticity. Fins not Included. This board is sold AS/IS.
Vintage Al Merrick Channel Islands Santa Barbara "Shapes and Designs" Flyer F 5' 9" Shortboard has understandable amount of wear (dings) (See photos) but has been sanded, repainted and hand-designed for best possible appearance. Tip of board slight ding (see photos). All original markings on this AL MERRICK surfboard are visible. Rare find!

"Art is the purest form of Emotion". ~ lori clark was born December 28, 1970 in Long Beach, California where she has continued to live all of her life. Her education in Long Beach and the surrounding areas not only cultivated her love of the rich local art found there but also developed her love of art history.
Lori has learned to express herself artistically in many different mediums including oil, acrylic, watercolor, graphite, charcoal, ink, airbrush and calligraphy. She has also recently developed a love for designing her own jewelry.
Lori is a member of the Long Beach Arts Council and has participated in numerous Long Beach, Lakewood and Laguna Beach Month-long Art Exhibits.
