Antique Ice Skate Blades, B & O Libergs Fabriks AB, Rosenfors Sweden, No.73 30cm

These blades were manufactured by Bernhard and Oscar Liberg (B&O Libergs Fabriks Aktiebolag), of Rosenfors Sweden.  They established their business in 1861 and expanded until In 1896, “B. & O. Liberg” became a limited company with the name noted above. Their products included plane blades, chisels, axes, flatware, swords (sabers and foils), wrenches, scissors, shears, corkscrews, flat irons and stands, hat burnishing irons, and skate blades.  In 1957 the company was purchased by AB Sveaverken, and the Rosenfors factory was closed.
The blades are well oxidized as shown and are sold for display or to be cleaned up and restored if you plan to use them.
