    * The Usage of RPT-D10K Discharger (12V~96V)
    :
    * The operation will be very easy.    56kgs (68x53x84cm)
    1. Remove Capacity in the battery. (if any battery is charged prior to the regeneration process)
    2. Check Battery Capacity up to a Cut-off voltage. (by constant current discharging, find the exact battery capacity)
    3. Compare Battery Capacity between before and after regeneration.
    4. Remove floating voltage to check the real capacity.
    (If you discharge a battery for 3~5 minutes, all floated voltage will be removed, and it is a real battery voltage)
    5. Identify the damaged lower cell when you discharge batteries at the same time.  Discharger can check the weakest 2V battery in a bank when finishing the discharge process. (The lowest voltage cell will be a damaged one - it is the exact way to find the damaged lower battery among bank connected batteries)
    6. Battery test and analyzing : PC Monitoring for all working process - In order to see the depth of the data (output voltage and current), you can install the S/W, and connect to your PC through USB port.  You can see all detailed discharge test processing data through monitor or print out.
    Identification of Lower cell during a discharge test :
    In case of 48V, when its discharge voltage is almost reached to a cut-off voltage (42V) during a discharge process of RPT-D10K, you should check all voltages for 2V x 24 batteries one by one quickly by a multi-meter manually.   If you can find any voltage is much lower than the others at the final stage of the discharging process, it is a damaged battery to be replaced.   It is because that a lower battery can discharge much faster than other normal cells at the final stage of discharging process (between 43V~42.5V).  It is the most exact way to identify any 2V lower cell by discharging test.   With a PRIME regeneration, all cells will be well equalized.   After then please identify any lower cell by this way.
    RPT-D10K will show a graph figure for the total battery bank’s capacity through your PC.  Please note that PRIME RPT-D10K is the world best discharger to make
    real constant current discharging
