    Directions:
    1. Boil one pack of curry paste with 1 kg. of ribs in 8L of water.
    2. Add 1 kg. of minced meat, 1 kg. of sliced tomato, 500 g. of boiled blood cake and 100 g. cleaned filaments of red cotton flower. Boil until cooked and season to your taste.
    3. Serve with rice noodle, sprinkle with bean sprousts, coriander leaves and spring
    onion on top.
