DIABLO…..10 pack assorted sizes work perfectly on my Rigid Spindle Sander They hold up very well and you can easily sand almost anything Plastic or wood. They do not easily clog up. The assorted pack is the one I Like it comes with 5 sizes of 80 grit sleeves and 5 sizes of 150 grit sleeves they are great sanding sleeves I use them daily and I highly recommended them.

I needed the finer grit for a project I was working on for my Rigid oscillating spindle sander (80 grit comes with the sander). Most of the sleeves fit with the exception of th 1/2" which is too loose when this size is mounted directly on the spindle shaft (no rubber expansion tube is used). I ended up building up the shaft of the sander with painters tape otherwise this size would have been unuseable. The sleeve still slips as the top nut does not expand the tape as it would with the rubber expansion tube and it merely keeps the sleeve from sliding off. Other than that modification when using 1/2" the sleeves are great for fine sanding. They are holding up well and are easily cleaned with a rubber standing block to extend their life.
