Red Bean(紅豆), Peanut(花生), Red Date(紅棗), Goji Berry(枸杞), Brown Sugar(紅糖)
Directions:
Step 1: Soak all ingredients with warm water for 30 minutes.
Step 2: With all the ingredients
except Red Date
in a stockpot, add 500ml (17 oz) of water, and heat on high until boiling.
Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 1 hour.
Add Red Date and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add sugar to sweeten the taste (Included).
