    IDEAL Toy Vintage doll Adorable TUBSY 1966 18" Not Tested. The doll does have scuff marks in different places. She should splash her arms when submerged in water but we have not tested to see if this feature still works. I have not been able to open the yellow compartment on her back. She does open and shut her eyes with changes in positions. However the right eye does lag and sometimes needs help. She has some debris in her eyes that needs to be cleaned. Her towel is a discolored and not as soft as it used to be.
