This auction is for a Joey Stivic {Archie Bunker's grandson} doll. The doll is in Mint Condition and has Never been removed from the box. All Original packaging is intact inside the box. The box is in Very Good Condition for its age. The box inludes : baby Joey, his blanket, diapers, bottle and instruction sheet. He has blue eyes, rooted hair and soft vinyl skin. This little guy is ready for your collection. I am the Original owner of this doll and it has Never been put on a store shelf. I bought a couple of cases of these several years ago and this one was removed from the case and has been kept in a climate controlled room.
In 1976 the Ideal Toy Company released a 14 inch "Joey Stivic Doll" also called Archie Bunker's Grandson, which was billed as the "first anatomically correct male doll." They advertised the drink and wet doll as "physically correct." The doll inspired controversy at the time and some stores removed them from their shelves, making this a highly collectible doll still today.
All of my inventory I purchased myself and they have all been kept in a Climate Controlled Environment and out of the sunlight. We have a Smoke Free / Pet Free Home.
All Barbies/Dolls will be shipped Priority Mail with Insurance and you will be provided with a Tracking Number. Please understand that once a package leaves my hands and I turn it over to the Postal Service I have no control over it. All of our Dolls are carefully packed with Bubble Wrap and/ or Packing Peanuts. We have Never had a Doll Damaged during shipment.
