Delicious, grilled meat dishes require the company of good additives - sauces and dips. Greek tzatziki sauce has won many supporters in our country, thanks to its delicate, fluffy texture and garlic flavor that goes well with meats, vegetables and cheeses. It also tastes great as an addition to bread.
The tzatziki sauce spice is an aromatic mixture with garlic as the main ingredient. It is a ready-made composition of ingredients that provides the original taste of Greek sauce. In addition to garlic, the spices include, among others: onion, white pepper, oregano, dill and parsley. The seasoning added to the yogurt gives it a strong garlic flavor and herbal aroma. Combine the meat with the KAMIS Herb Grill seasoning, pepper and cumin.
Add finely chopped onion and parsley.
Form oblong patties.
Bake on all sides on a preheated grill.
Crush the feta cheese with a fork and mix with the yoghurt.
Peel the cucumbers, grate them on a coarse-mesh grater, mix with the cheese mixture.
Season with seasoning for tzatziki sauce. Serve with chops.
How to:
250 grams shredded cucumbers; 200 grams plain Greek yogurt and contents of package. shred cucumbers on the course grater; Add yogurt and 2 tablespoons spices for the sauce.
Mix thoroughly and set aside in a cool place for 2 hours.
