- At The Land of Angels Farming Association Incorporation, we select and wash healthy and excellent  red peppers from clean area, Haenam.  We then dry the washed red peppers with Korea’s one and only ocher soil room drying method, which is drying for 5 days with far-infrared light from ocher soil. Meet excellent red pepper powder made with red peppers from magnificent environment.
Thorough hygiene management -
To make safe red pepper powder, the producers themselves wash the carefully selected red peppers from Haenam. After drying them naturally in ocher soil, they are processed in a scientific way with the HACCP  certified facility, recognized by the MFDS. Washed-Dried-Processed safely in HACCP certified facility.We deliver hygienically managed red pepper powder directly to you.

Return
