Red hot chili pepper, garlic, red sweet paprika, parsley greens, white sea salt (9%), celery greens (allergen), purple basil, utskho suneli (blue fenugreek), coriander seeds, dill greens, Imeretian saffron (Marigold, Kviteli Kvavili), white wine vinegar.
How To Use:
Megrelian Ajika is the authentic dry blend for meat and fish dishes of the Caucasian Georgian cuisine made based on the traditional medieval hot aromatic sauce of the same name from XV century from Mingrelia/Samegrelo - Higher Svanetia region in the north west of Georgia.
