Serve it right away after you refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes. Freeze it for up to a year in a freezer safe container. Can it by using a hot water bathing process. Before beginning any canning project, be sure to familiarize yourself with the process, the equipment you need and the ingredients. A boiling water bath method is used for the quick process recipes. Each canister makes 14 pints of salsa.
