Neat Old Manicure Tool marked FOREIGN w/Leather Case German Export for England

Just a neat old pocket manicure tool/kit with leather case. Light use, a few little rust dots, good condition, everything folds into handle without any looseness. Not sure if the decoration on handle was original or added by a previous owner, but I liked it so I left it. Pretty sure blades are stainless steel, handle is plastic in an imitation mother of pearl pattern. Only marking is "FOREIGN" on the tang of one blade. According to
Levine's Guide to Knives and Their Values, 4th Ed.
, the marking was used primarily on German good made for export to England after 1926. Leather case in good shape, snap works, gold colored lettering on front. See pictures. Measures 4" open, 3" closed including bail
