When we “launched” the RB Continental back in 2008 (literally, from the top of a three-story building) we had no idea that we’d be the vanguard of a new era in protective cases that would transform the expectations of professional and hobbyist musicians all over the world. With the RB Continental Voyager series, we’re excited to up the ante once again.
We’ve refined and revised our shock absorbing and impact-resistant Flexoskeleton™ with an efficient internal structure that maintains our high standard of protection while reducing weight and bulk dramatically. We’ve further articulated our Quadraweave™ exterior with a modern Black Heather texture that wears well and looks great. A removable, padded double divider in the front pocket will keep your hi-hats and an extra, small cymbal protected. We’ve also added four padded interior dividers to the main compartment to keep your cymbals safe, and a tough abrasion resistant material along the bottom for added longevity.
All of the great ergonomic features of the original RB Continental are evident and even improved in the new Voyager series. Our Zero G™ handle still feels as weightless as ever, but we’ve added an edge seam to improve longevity and durability. Our adjustable, hideaway backpack is even more comfortable than ever.
Most importantly, we’ve consistently maintained our high standards for quality craftsmanship that we established back in the 1970s when we created the first professionally accepted gig bag. We use industrial-grade high-tensile thread, reversed water-resistant zippers, abrasion and scuff resistant corded edges and seams, EVA backed material, and internally reinforced structure in those high stress areas. Best of all, we back this up with the peace of mind that comes from an industry leading limited lifetime warranty.

is available for shipments to the US contiguous 48 States via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground and/or USPS First Class or Priority. Dispatch time is 1-2 business days except back-to-school or holiday seasons. UPS Ground and/or Fedex Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-6 business days; USPS First Class shipments usually arrives within 2-5 business days; and USPS Priority shipments arrive within 1-3 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

APO/FPO, Guam, US Virgin Island

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide to most international destinations except for oversized items (i.e. cello, Sr. drum set and upright bass). Additional shipping charges apply. International orders are shipped primarily by USPS which will take approximately 1-4 weeks for delivery. (some items to Canada may be shipped via UPS).

Return for Refund:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price (shipping charges are not refundable). Returned item must be in the original packaging and condition showing no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any items returned without a RMA# on outside of the shipping box may be refused. We recommend that you use a reliable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or DHL and insure your package when returning your item. AMS Supply is not responsible for shipping damages for returns.
Exchanges:
If you have discovered that you purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, please contact us to obtain an Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (EMA#). You may return the package in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 30 days of receipt. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the regular shipping and handling cost. Free shipping does not apply to exchange merchandise.
Damage Upon Arrival / Discrepancies:
If you have received a damaged or discrepancy package upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrugated box). We will request digital pictures of the damage/discrepancy item for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the pictures.
