Directions:
Dosage for cooked, fried, cooked smoked sausages - 10-15 g per 1 kg of minced meat, sausages dosage for jerked - 20-25 g per 1 kg of minced meat. Stir well before using.

Sodium nitrite is toxic, do not use nitrate salt as table salt.
