Usually such replacement parts allow customers who would like to make full use of other leather bands they like to DIY the bands, in order to perfectly fit with their Apple watch.
To install the hardware with your band, you need a screwdriver -pentalobe 0.9MM,  which is original for Apple band screws. To me, common pentalobe 1.1MM in the market also can do the job well even it does not perfectly fit.
