Paden City Pottery Caliente Orange Coffee Serving Carafe with Bakelite Handle

Beautiful vintage Paden City Pottery “Caliente” coffee-serving carafe with Bakelite handle in a burnt orange color. I have seen this particular carafe pictured with a lid, however I’m not sure if every carafe would have originally come with a lid or if there was a lidless option offered. Either way, I do not have the original lid.
This item is in very good vintage condition. Piece does not appear to have any cracks or have been repaired. There is little to no crazing in the glaze. There are two very minor chips in the glaze that could be due to age and use or could be inclusions original to the object. Handle is in good condition but metal does show some signs of rust.
Please look closely at all of the pictures prior to purchasing! All imperfections have been noted and photographed. This is a wonderful vintage item in great condition that would make a lovely addition to your vintage kitchen collection!
