A house-blended mix of various herbs that makes for a delicious seasoning for pizza sauce. May also may be used to add a delicious zest to pasta sauce, to season vegetables, potatoes, and sauces, or as a marinade for chicken (we suggest marinating with pizza sauce blend, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice).
Basic Prep:
Add 1 tablespoon of pizza blend to 1 small can of tomato paste in a saucepan; add water to make sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes, adding salt to taste. Use to coat one large pizza.
