Pre 1945 Paden City Pottery Art Deco Caliente Pattern Turquoise Sugar and Lid

Description

Here is a Paden City Pottery 1930's/early 1940's sugar and lid, in their Art Deco influenced Caliente pattern. In a turquoise blue, this line captures the 1930's "south of the boarder" color pallet, on a very cool, "paneled fins" handles/base "feet", and ball shape. The lid has a hard to see 1/4 inch chip on its up side rim. The chip has not loosened, and is still naturally attached, as shown in the lid top side photograph, lower left  (its really hard to see.. but a chip is there). A whimsical vintage design. No other chips, cracks, flaws, or excessive wear.
