We will include a Toyota tech tips that will let you verify when the battery modules were made. If you are a high mileage driver (Uber, Lyft etc.) this is the battery for you as the cost per mile is actually less.
If the fan is clog your battery will overheat regardless of the metal coating on the sides of the battery. If the fan is dirty it really should be cleaned out and the bottom of the battery can be cleaned out with a refrigerator coil brush. I have seen batteries fail with less than 100k miles when the fan was very dirty.
You get to keep your old battery. You can sell the better battery modules to someone who wants to do a short term repair of their battery! Reducing your total cost! So for example if you sell 25 for each you would net around 0 bringing your total cost down. This assumes you have 3 bad batteries modules which you can recycle at home depot. They have a recycling box by their customer service desk.
Local pick up: we will take off the shipping charges and you can examine the modules.
We also have assembled batteries.
