    Description

Offered here is an unused RPPC showing a Lincoln County ranch near Dickens, Nebraska, an
unincorporated community near North Platte.  It was named for author Charles Dickens.  The
town originated in the 1880's with the coming of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad.
The scenery in this photograph suggests the loneliness experienced by the early settlers to
    the region.
I ship with care to the UNITED STATES ONLY.
