1. Captain's Secret
A sweet and tangy masterpiece, ideal for all seafood.
Hand blended from
brown sugar, garlic, onion, sugar, sea salt, rosemary, red pepper flakes, paprika, brown mustard, ginger root, yellow mustard powder and ground nutmeg.
2. Bristol Bay Blend
A tantalizing citrus-forward blend with a nutty finish, perfect for white fish such as halibut or cod (especially pan-seared - forms a delicious crust!).
Hand blended from pacific ocean sea salt, toasted sesame seeds, toasted minced onion, orange peel, ginger, lemon, black pepper, cilantro and basil
3. Savory Salmon
A bold applewood chipotle rub, pairs perfectly with all seafood but is especially delicious on salmon.
Hand blended from granulated honey, smoked apple wood sea salt, California paprika, garlic, onion, chipotle powder, black pepper and chipotle flakes.
4. Zesty Lime
An inspired adobo lime rub, perfect for all seafood and especially lighter white fish such as halibut or cod.
