How To Use: Svanetian salt is ideal for meat and fish dishes, as well as for sauces and pickles, replacing regular salt or individual spices and dishes giving special taste, flavor and sharpness.
Use it to marinate skewers, cooking meat, poultry, fish, soups (red borsch soup), side dishes, salads, ravioli and meatballs; for salting and canning vegetables and mushrooms, as well as for making sauces to flavor and aroma meat and fish dishes.
