Customer should refuse package if it looks damaged, do not sign and receive on the spot unless you specify subject to inspection.  We will not be able to take a damaged return unless it is noted with the shipping company upon receipt.
Please note that surfboard is a fragile item. If damage it should occur during shipping, 

-  If you notice that the packaging box is damaged or been opened, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT NOR OPEN THE PACKAGE. RETURN IT TO THE COURIER COMPANY.
- If you open the package and notice any damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the surfboard. Please provide us the photos and a detail explanation, please keep the packaging materials for the shipping insurance investigation purposes.
