A vintage surfboard by a legend in the sport!
Hope Surf Co. surfboard - "Hand shaped since 1970" - Flea Shaw - Hand signed on the bottom along with written board dimensions. The board measures just over 70" long and 18-1/2" wide at the widest point. A clear and black sticker label is on the surfboard titled "XTRAK", I don't know if this is the model of the surfboard or a sticker added by a previous owner. A blue traction pad is attached (it does have wear and blemishes). A multi-color Dakine brand leg rope is attached and is in nice condition. There are three fins are attached to the tail (#4 is labeled on the two outer fins). A spot on the tail section appears to have had some repair in the past (shown in the last photo), it remains structurally sound. Some normal scuffs, scrapes, wear and/or blemishes are present in areas from previous use, display and collecting over the years.
Free local pickup is available at my location in Ocala, Florida.
