Fun board!

I bought this for my 17 year old son who has been surfing regularly for the past 6 years. We also own 2 of the 8 foot Wavestorm boards and love them- they're so fun and we've taken so many friends out with them to teach them to surf. They're fun boards. However this 5'8 Retro Fish is even more fun, provided you aren't a true beginner. (even then this board will be fun). The larger Wavestorm is definitely easier to catch waves with, but this Retro Fish board is just so much more maneuverable and fun in certain conditions. It's a perfect size and quite buoyant. It's exactly what my son wanted - a buoyant board to keep him warmer by not being submerged in the water, and shorter and easier to turn and carve and have fun. It's a nice looking board and the fins are also very nice. The only thing he didn't love about this board is the leash. It's pretty terrible and he wound up surfing without it and plans on replacing it. Other than that, this board is pure joy especially for the price!

It's a little hard to catch small waves with this board, but it doesn't mean you can't have fun with this board as a beginner

If you are considering adding this board to your quiver, just buy it... Great float, easy to paddle, durable, and fun and maneuverable in small surf up to head high. Can drop in on waves you normally wouldn't want to on a fiberglass/epoxy board. For 120 bucks you can't beat this board, in fact you can't find its equal for less than 0.

Returns
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy for most of our products. You can request a refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. . Only factory defects are accepted as a reason for a return. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a fair resolution.
